I’m in love with Ciara’s new hair color; it’s a different color and and technique than we normally see on red carpets. Earlier this year she was sporting an ombre technique (French gradient 2-tone..but you can use more than 2 colors) and I wasn’t a fan of it.  It was just too harsh for her and it looked…kinda dry and poofy.  Lately, she’s been wearing a gorgeous balayage (meaning hand painted highlights) with blends of ash brown, platinum blonde, and ash blonde.  It’s a much more polish customized look for her…not so fresh out the bag.

   The Balayage a real hit, but the Ombre as you said a real super hot mess miss.
